  • Harold Wai | CEO & Managing Director |
    RFP, Fellow MIM, AIA Hall of Fame 2003, District Director

    Mr. Harold Wai is the founder, CEO and Managing Director of Wai & Associates Sdn Bhd. His wealth of experience in the financial services industry spans a total of more than 33 years since he started the company at the age of 24. During the last three decades he has trained, coached and raised over a 170 financial professionals of which 5 have achieved the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table© (MDRT) recognition and 12 of them have grown to become their own managers and have headed their own district and team of financial professionals. He strongly believes that anyone can emulate his success if they first believe they can do it and dare to take the first step. His achievements in the industry is recognised by our partner, AIA, who awarded him with their highest award, the AIA Hall of Fame in year 2003 for outstanding achievement in his years of service. His numerous other awards over the years includes AIA Top District Manager Malaysia for Group Managment Division 1999 and 2002, 3rd runner up for Top Regional Senior Builder award 2002, Top District Agency (for cases) award for GMD 2002, Top Regional Senior Builder Award 2002, National Top Senior Builder Award 2007.

    In October 2010 he was awarded the Registered Financial Planner (RFP) Qualification after 1 1/2 years of study. He was also awarded and admitted as a Fellow MIM member, which only a handful of people in Malaysia are selected for outstanding contribution in their respective industry.

    In January 2011 he was awarded the title of District Director for having one of the largest down-line managers with outstanding FYP contribution for the year of 2010.

    The Wai & Associates Group is currently one of the largest in AIA and is recognised as a Million Dollar Agency in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

    Outside of his work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, travelling and also actively serves in church.
  • Casey Wai | Director, Training & Business Development |
    Bachelor of Business Systems & Bachelor of Law (LLB)

    Casey started his career with the company in 2007 when he returned from Malaysia after 6 years of study in Melbourne, Australia. He graduated with two degrees; both in Law and Business Systems from Monash University. Since joining the team at Wai & Associates he has been active in the day to day operations of the company, marketing initiatives, training and manpower development as well as new business development. The practical skills gained from his studies have been useful in helping clients plan for and provide solutions to their total financial needs. He specialises in customising solutions for his clients and in training the new team of associates. Currently, he is actively recruiting and sourcing for high perfomance candidates to be part of the Wai & Associates team.

    His achievements include being awarded the New Agents 13 Weeks Agent Fast Start Award 2007 and Million Dollar Club 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

    Apart from his work, he is actively involved in church activities and helps run a cellgroup for the youth and young adults.
  • Lily Foo | Executive Secretary | Agency Operations & Support

    Lily Foo is a new member to the Wai & Associates team. She brings with her invaluable experience in agency operations and support of more than 8 years. She is also PA to the Managing Director and CEO and ensures the company's operations are running effectively. She works closely with the team to ensure that all new business submissions, claims, processing and payments are handled effieciently and effectively.
